Comparing Intel to Asus Mobo

You hear a lot about Asus mobo's but maybe not so much about Intel's mobo's. Looking at intels spec's it appears to be a high end board, I know the Asus is.

Intel - D975XBX2

Asus - P5N32 se sle deluxe or P5N32 E SLI

Anyone have thoughts on Intels board compared to Asus ?

sorry to complicate things but maybe you also want to look at this motherboard eVGA nForce 680i (SLI w/ DualDDR2 1200, 7.1 Audio, Dual GB Lan, 1394, Dual PCI-E x16 SLI) It seems to support the the same features as the others you're looking at as well as support for 1200mhz ram.
