I am going super old schoolio atm. Does anyone know of a program for windows that can split floppy games across multiple floppy discs, and then be able to play/rejoin/use them in MS-DOS.

You can zip split it.

A dos emulator using a frontend which is quite easy to use
Also you can use scummvm for old lucas arts adventure games
