They update on their page, usually filling in details on the game and concept art (which is excellent). Carma 3 is due this year for digital release, with some of the original stainless team at the helm. I really can't wait for it.
God I hope this game is released sometime soon and they don't back off on the violence. CARMAGEDDON 2 and TDR + Mods will keep you busy if you haven't played custom maps and such.
