unfortunately no, the only tablet in that price range that runs win 7 is the amd c-50 fusion tablet. Its also made by acer so it should look similar

Public MS Windows 7 builds only runs on X86 and Itanium CPUs. ACER Iconia A500 runs ARM based CPUs.

ACER Iconia W500 uses a low power version C-50 i.e. it's GPU runs on 276Mhz speed instead of the normal AMD C-50's 280Mhz. ACER Iconia W500's GPU speed matches the AMD Z-01's 276Mhz GPU spec.

MSI Windpad 110W tablet with AMD Z-01 APU from http://www.excaliberpc.com/602769/msi-windpad-110w-10.1-windows.html

Anyway, ACER has ordered a new batch of 80,000 AMD Z-01 APUs. http://www.digitimes.com/news/a20110608PD228.html

----

Normal AMD C-50 APU has 9 watts.

ACER Iconia W500's AMD C-50 low power version has ??? watts i.e. lower than the normal AMD C-50. http://techreport.com/discussions.x/21038

AMD Z-01 APU has 5.9 watts.
