I know nothing about PC/MAC gaming at all I have been a console user for 15 years I am getting a macbook later this year and it comes standard with the NVIDIA GEFORCE 320M graphics.....is that powerfull enough to run half-life 2 (and the rest of the orange box) as smoothly as it does on.....say.....the xbox360? Please, again I know nothing about graphics cards and junk so it would be awesome to get some insight! THANK YOU!

It should be able to. Valve is good about optimizing their games, and they're a few years old as well, so they should run okay. This list shows all the games in the Orange Box, and if you click on the titles you can see the system requirements for each of them. :)
