How do you Fix Civilian Faction??? I'm at the Black Jaguar Bar and there is no one to talk to regarding the civilian faction. I am able to give money for all other factions, but the civilians to raise faction? Can anyone please help me?? Where do i go to raise civilian faction from enemy to neutral or higher??
I don't know, but I just have to say good on you for giving the game a chance. It got a very bad rep for its bugs but I see it as a modern Oblivion. Good luck with it.
