i have problems with black ops 2 and plz need help

1- on FOB Spectre Mission i recieve this message: you have no more strike team forces available.

completing story levels will unlock additional TEAMS

2- when i try to replay this mission i recieve this message: "couldn't find the bsp for this map ................"

how to fix??????any link?? or something else???

i did reinstall the game didn't work

Then you paid for a pirate version.

It's a Steam game. There is no non-Steam version. If you paid for it, you paid for a pirated copy and got ripped off. Buying the game will fix it.

It became region locked before release, so russians could not buy ROW copies for half price for quite awhile now.

Well you'll want to try actually buying the game and not pirating it (or getting a cheap pirated copy).
