Best Speakers Under $120?

My friend is looking at getting a set of 2.0 or 2.1 computer speakers and was wondering what would be the best option for arund $120 or so. Because I am not an audio guy I can't really give him an answer.

This. A decent set of bookshelfs is gonna give much beter sound than some crappy logitech set.

True that Never buy those plastic logitech sets . I had a 5.1 set for 80 and honestly it was dreadful
