Best Non-RPG with RPG Elements?

I m looking for games like Warcraft III, BioShock, etc.

Are there any?

S.T.A.L.K.E.R Shadow of Chernobyl and Clear Sky have RPG elements, and they have amazing atmosphere.

Hard to define RPG these days cause really every game is merging them into their genres.

Dark Messiah of Might and Magic Multiplayer is amazing though.

Anyways, maybe Warlord Battlecry III? It's similar to WC3, but I have to say that the graphics is relatively dated.

Well, I don't feel Deus Ex is appropriate since I think it's more of an RPG then FPS, with the crappy gunplay and focus on exploration and all.

So my vote goes to STALKER.
