Condemned 1
Stalker series
Clive Barker's Undying
Pathologic
The 11th Hour

Over the years those are the games that have given me the most "Survival Horror" feel personally. I know you have played some of those, but just wanted to list all the ones over the years that I enjoyed.

Nice additions, although Undying is already listed there :P
Nice call on Harvestor I remember playing that :P
-Alan Wake Not survival horror, but excelent "more or less unknown" horror games: -Corpse Party -rebuilt- (remake of original 1996 Corpse Party) free -Ib (best horror game of 2012) free -Ao Oni (classic RPGmaker horror game) free -Which (really short experimental horror game) free Disturbing/bizarre/somewhat horror: -I Have No Mouth and I Must Scream (really depressing and bizarre point-n-click) -Yume Nikki (surreal RPGMaker exploration/horror game) free -.flow (Yume Nikki fangame) free -Sanitarium (Isometric point-n-click, one of the best horror and adventure games ever made) -Irisu Syndrome Metsu! (horror puzzle game) freeampiva
I Have No Mouth And I Must Scream is mostly a VERY depressing sci-fi adventure (Even the best ending is sad) but I can't believe I forgot that one and Sanitarium.
As for Corpse Party, TC, if you have a PSP then get it on your PSP. It's 20 bucks and it haves tons of endings.
Is this based on the Slender Man myth? Stoked already. Thanks mhofever! There's a new free horror game called Slender, which people say they shat their pants playing it.

I also want to add
- Slender, which I'm sure EVERYONE has heard about by now (FREE)
- Dead Space, which is a bit repetitive but also very atmospheric and creepy
- Thief: Deadly Shadows isn't a horror game, but it has one of the scariest levels in a videogame
- Silent Hill 3
And like, a bunch more.

it adds a lot and kind of makes the game more based around survival.

Btw, im not sure if this is still an issue, but Cryostasis isnt the most technologically "good" game. Expect a good 15-20 fps if youre lucky.
Mortos13
I'd expect 10-5 FPS. It's a technical abomination.

Certainly not optimized well, but for the most part I had >45 FPS with the occasional stutter bringing it down to the 20s.Please Log In to post.
