MaldoHD+Blackfire+Quality Mod

BPoole96

Why does everyone recommend blackfires mod? It looks horrendous

Search for the "last alcatraz mod" or "the realness 2.0" on crydev. These are great mods that keep the look of C2 and the same sort of colours but also buff up the clarity of the visuals

And MaldoHD is the best texture pack but unusable with certain mods

Right now I just have the MaldoHD texture mod on, so it doesnt really change the game

If you mean mods for the single player, I would have thought it was way to linear for that.

And the game doesn't need graphics mods...

B-b-but teh grafix! I do wish i could remove the weird film grain they put on things (to make it seem like you're looking through the helmet), Maldo has an option to reduce it, but it's still there

There's no option to toggle it off? There's usually is on games that include it and is one of the few consistencies in EA released titles. Mass Effect and GTA have those options. Maybe Crytek intended the game to be cinematic. It certainly had that feel to me.

Although I have crysis 2 maximum edition on steam, and I can't seem to get it to start with the mod already running. I have to restart it everytime. Any idea why?

The Realnness 2.0 FIN or whatever it will be called is coming soon, combines the realness, maldos mod, and i believe the quality mod. do not use the blackfire mod, it makes the game look worse then vanilla. i got some pics comparing them, will post em
