Anyone else have issues with Green Man Gaming?

They won't take my debit or paypal....anyone else have issues?

@BSC14: I once had a similar issue and the only way to buy from them was through PayPal.

Tried that as well but it's tied to my debit card. :(

You could always try and contact their support team, if the problem keeps happening, they are very helpful. Only had a problem with paying with Paypal on their site 2 times and I got in contact with their support, was helped every time.

"Oops, we cannot compute!

Can you please check your card details and enter them again? Thanks"

I did send in a tickett but have not heard back yet.

Though I believe that if you send a ticket in on their site it will be the same as sending an e-mail. They should get back to you within 24 hours :)

Well thanks anyway. I'll just have to wait and see what they say. It doesn't matter if I'm in the US does it? I believe this is a EU site if I'm not mistaking.

That's strange. I paid with debit Sunday night and it worked fine

I just called my bank and confirmed it's not on their side....I don't know.

I've had this issue before too, error on gmg's side, all you can do is wait till the problem is fixed

I also had a problem with trying to pay for something on their site once. I think it was during a pretty hot sale or something. It was a problem with their website and they ended up fixing it and giving me the game for the price the sale advertised it at, even though it was a day after.

Yes, its a legit site. I bought several games from them.

GMG or your bank?

I only ask as I've never been able to buy from GMG as my credit/debit cards get rejected by "my bank." But when I call my bank, they say it isn't their issue, but GMG's.
