I have recently upgraded my PC to be able to run Crysis on maximum and have been considering various PC games I should play (mainly DeadSpace). Any suggestions for good PC games revently played or perhaps just a confirmation on whether Deadspace is any good will be greatly appreciated.
If you want fast FPS, try Unreal Tournament 3. If you want a realistic FPS try CoD Modern Warfare and World at War. Also I can suggest Left 4 Dead as an horror/zombie killing game. Finally Far Cry 2 can be a good option too.

Replace C&C 3 with Sins of a Solar Empire and take away Left 4 Dead. Don't know why you guys are suggesting Left 4 Dead, unless you want him to waste his money...

Of course, that's only for more recent games (since the current gen started) and it's not even all of them. For a PC gamer to list you all of the PC's good games in its entire lifespan (which has a start but no end) he/she'd have to do research for a good half-a-day or so.

I would actually replace World In Conflict with Sins instead. Since WiC was a terrible game. And everyone is suggesting Left 4 Dead because it's a brilliant game.
