any games that will run on my outdated pc

hey guys, just wondering of some good games that would run full speed on my pc, newer or older games are fine, my specs are, os is windows xp sp3 dual boot with ubuntu 12.04, gpu is amd mobility radeon hd 4250, cpu is amd phenom 2 p650.
