Unless needed right now, look out for the RX470 or 460... and GTX 1050

I would say get the one from Newegg because it's just factory clock speeds but it's a refurbished one and I don't like 2nd handed tech unless you pay really low price that it's worth taking the risk for.

The Amazon one is better factory stock and it's new.

I would suggest that you wait for 1050 if you want better performance and even lower price, also RX470 / 460 as others suggested.
