My laptop CPU is running at around 49 celsius. Should I be worried?

I turned the cpu maximum power usage down to 96% to avoid loud fan noise. Now I'm not hearing any loud fan noises anymore, so it's working.

Now, monitoring the temperature, CPUID's HWMonitor says the cpu cores are running at around 49 celsius.

Is it too high and should I be worried?

For info, it's a i5-8250U.

When watching twitch 1080p/60fps in full screen the temperature jumps to 54 celsius.

54 is low if it is under load. CPUs can go up to 100 degrees Celsius before having to thermal throttle to prevent damage.
