Is a GTX 1080ti still able to maintain 4k 60FPS?

There is another thread here about this, but it was made over a year ago. I recently obtained a Zotac GTX 1080ti mini, but at least with stock clocks, I'm getting around 45 to 50FPS in the latest games rather than the 60FPS "Promised Land." Is 4k 60FPS still attainable in games like Shadow of the Tomb Raider and Assassin's Creed Origins/Odyssey? And if so, do I have to overclock my GPU to get there?

Specs:

Intel Core i7-6700 (stock, non-k)

16gb DDR4-2133 (Dual channel)

Zotac GTX 1080ti mini

4tb WD Black HDD

At max settings? No. I own a Aorus 1080Ti and I wasn't able to max 4k 60fps recently released games. You usually have to decide which one you sacrifice.

Well, luckily, my lowest tolerated settings are usually high or medium. As long as I can still keep the FPS up without too much of a noticeable dip in visual fidelity, I should be happy.

Even a 2080 Ti can not do 4K/60fps max settings in every game. Settings need to be lowered on some games. A 1080 Ti is still a good 4K card for most games, but we need to be realistic as 4K/60fps is still quite demanding for current GPU technology.

It will run it with great settings and most of the important settings turned on.

The term "max settings' is extremely overrated. Most games have a few settings that offer not much more of a visual increase but cripple your FPS. Unless the entire game engine is a mess you should get at least 90% of the eye candy on games while maintaining 4k 60fps.
