Fair price for current rig?

I'm looking to sell my current rig soon in order to offset some of the cost of a new build. I'm thinking $700 for it here in North Texas. Does that seem like a fair asking price? Too high, too low?

@quikdash6: I live in North Texas and might be interested but not at $700 (doing a build for a family member). Full tower with windows (with a slightly faster 6th gen i5 and a much faster amd 480x) we where still only at about $750 total with all brand new parts

I wonder how much I could sell my rig for.

Sure you need a new rig? Seems good except for the video card. I would just buy a new video card and sell the 770.
