Mine would be today. I was having a very private conversation with my fiance. About babies and all. Then I realized the kinect does voice chat. :( What's yours?

I did something like that. When I was a kid, there was a huge ice storm, and I was shooting paintballs and one hit the trampoline. I thought "i'm screwed!" and took some paper towels and a pick axe to climb back up. I slipped and the axe slid down on my leg. No penetrations but it hurt. I hit my head. I couldn't walk back up, it was too steep. So my dad came out and slid down in a bath robe, after a flash we tried going back up. Then my little brother came down. He slipped too. And then my dog. It was hard.I once seriously cut my leg with an axe. That was probably my most painful technology related failure.

A few weeks ago at the gym: I was on the treadmill and my arm got caught on the wire from my headphones, sending my iPod flying in another direction. I quickly jammed the pause button and jumped off, pretty much falling on the way. It wasn't so bad, but I'm sure my clumsiness didn't go unnoticed.

I couldn't figure out how to get the movie I rented from Red Box to play on my PS3 ... I must have spent nearly 20 minutes going through the PS3 menus / sub-menus and was unable to find a "play movie" menu. After getting extremely frustrated and having visions of throw the darn thing out the window, it suddenly dawned on me that I actually had to insert the movie first.
