2009 AFL Grand Final: Geelong (12.8.80) def. St. Kilda (9.14.68). I'm a Geelong supporter, so of course I'm going to say this.
Both sides went undefeated for 13 rounds, and St. Kilda's Michael Gardiner scored the winning goal in their Round 14 match against Geelong with little over a minute to go.
The last five minutes of the match show how tight it was all the way through. The margin never exceeded 12 points in the match.

Although the match wasn't spectacular by any standards, last week's match between Essendon and Melbourne was absolutely brilliant. Sitting 0-9 and in last place on the ladder, first year Melbourne coach Mark Neeld was under intense pressure from the media and public scrutiny, however, they were able to defeat Essendon, who were second on the ladder at 8-1. The elation from Neeld after the match will be one of the most memorable moments of the 2012 season. Check the last two minutes.
