There would be a whole lot more blood. Not less. Most of the blood would stay in the body due to low blood pressure. there would be blood but it would be a slightly larger amount but spread through out the whole body area not just the head (unless he lands directly on his head)
There would be a whole lot more blood. Not less. Not necessarily, when you fall a long distance you don't instantly explode into a shrapnel bomb of human parts. Your body will stay almost completely intact except your insides will be nothing but mess, you will leak out of your eyes/face but other than that unless you landed on something and got cut, there isn't a large amount of blood.
