I don't know, if you've been a douche to your partner and not given them the attention they deserve because your to busy doing your own thing, and you've basically driven them into the arms of another, you could see the error of your ways and understand and forgive your partner for cheating and then try to be a better lover to your partner.

But if you have been a good lover and have always been there, and have always treated your partner with love and respect and then they go and cheat on you, then **** them off and don't look back, especially if everyday they have been smiling in your face while cheating on you.
