If Obama gets impeached (don't worry, he will), do you think he would be a better fit and end this corruption?

[QUOTE="mattykovax"]Oh orbs, you silly goose.MrPralineAnti Obama threads. Biting my style. But you actually have style......
I think it's telling that some people think a president, any of them, can alter D.C.
D.C. is a machine. Regardless of a presidents motivation, and as honest as it may be, he won't work the machine: it will work him.
I honestly believe many presidents have gone into office wanting to change things, only to find out they have a very defined role and an even more restrictive sphere of influence.
It's a stage play, orchestrated by powers that collectively are far greater than any president.
D.C. is a machine.
Yes it is an orbs thread. Guaranteed entertainment...not much else though.I'll keep an eye on this thread for all the awesomeness.Â

You need to take a civics and political science course. The lobbyists run the country.

Orbs should learn more about what being impeached actually is.
And of course Biden wouldn't be better, presidents operate under a public eye that views them as having far more power than they really do.Â

In title, sure. But it's congress who holds the real power in DC, and congress is tied like marionettes to their interest groups.
I'm willing to bet when a new president arrives in DC, one of his first meetings starts with someone telling him "here's what you didn't know..." before laying down the law.
Probably followed by the Presidents private thought of "Shit, if I had known that..."
Id suspect that nothing would change.
Presidents dont have nearly as much power as most people think they have.

Please stop trolling threads and say something worth while.
Impeachment does not mean the removal of the sitting government official.

People like you need prayer...and a good education.I do not see Obama getting impeached. I would vote for Joe Biden if he ran for President in 2016.LAN7ERNI have definitely heard that he has been responsible for getting people to work together from time to time. It's a good trait for a politician to posses. Arguably the best.
That being said I don't know how often an occurence this sort of thing happens because of Joe.
