I just wasted a free rental coupon on .... Superhero Movie. Now I knew going in that it was going to be a bad spoof movie, but I never knew it was going to be that unfunny and insipid. Even worse, I continued to watch till the end just to be justified in saying that it was hands down the worst movie I have seen this year. It made Starship Troopers 3 look like The Empire Strikes Back. I think I'm going to need an "Eternal Sunshine" procedure to wash the memory of this life-scarring garbage away.

But enough about my choice. What's yours?

I mean why, why in the world would you even think about renting one of those crappy spoof movies?

Anyway, worst movie I've seen this year would probably be Cloverfield. It was overhyped and not very good.

X-files: I want to believe, gosh that movie was terrible. I was truly disappointed, being an huge fan of the series for years. I mean the story, while it did have its "paranormal" features, the main part of the story, as well as the side story was just to ordinary. It wasn't wierd enough, something x-files is famous for. Only good part was seeing scully and mulder together again, as well as a few nostalgic moments. There were only 5 people in all in the theatre including my dad and I.

I don't know why they didn't decide to do a movie that starts from the ending of the TV series. Now that would have been great to see, and probably much better than what "I Want to Believe" turned out to be. I haven't seen it yet but I've heard from enough friends to know I will wait until it comes out on DVD

Yah i advise you to wait till it comes out on DVD, because paying the 10 or so dollars to see it isn't worth it at all. They tried to answer questions from the series finale episode, but it more or less went ignored. Also no agent Doggett or Reyes, i was hoping they would make a cameo or something. But they basically ignored most of the things that went on during the TV series.

If you mean by released in this year, nothing. I have been mostly playing catch-up with 2007.

Otherwise, with that being put into account, I would easily have to go with The Comebacks.

I thought that Planet Terror was excellent; Death Proof, however, was rather bland and unexciting. "Ooh, he drives a car. Ooh, he just killed someone. Oooh."

Indiana Jones was the biggest let down for me, but the truly worst movie Ive seen this year was probably Superhero Movie or Meet the Spartans.

Believe me, NOBODY needs to see an aging Corey Feldman play the same role he did 20 years ago. With the exception of his character, there really is little to no connection with the original film.

He just went there.

Anyway, TC "Eternal Sunshine" can fix ANY bad movie side effects, excellent choice. Cloverfield and Jumper were pretty bad. Don't get me started on Meet the Spartans. I wanted to literally blow my brains out.

I know I may make some people mad by saying this but out of the less then 10 movies I have scene this year I would say Ironman. To be honest The Love Guy had a better plot then Ironman, Guru wasen't overally funny what the story was semi decent and new where Ironman was just really really bad.

I only saw two movie this year on the big screen (Batman) and (Juno). I rarely ever go to the movie theater, I only go for the most amazing movies there are, and for the record I didn't find Juno to be very amazing at all I just went with my friend because he payed for my ticket and we were both downtown San Antonio before hitting up a metal show so there was really nothing else to do, it was an alright movie. As for the small screen, I found Death Proof to be very terrible (Probably one of the most boring movies I've seen), but Planet Terror on the other hand was kick ass.
