theres no evidence that proves shy people are physically weaker than non shy people. Also people who don't talk much probably contribute more to society than people who do talk a lot, just look at Emily Dickinson. If you look in a classroom the ones who distract the teacher the most, and do the worst in class are the talkative ones.

I don't agree with that. But I do believe when you gain muscles and look better you gain confidence and feel better about yourself which in turn open you up out of your shell and helps you communicate with people.

Are you claiming that people who don't talk contribute greater and more meaningful contributions to society? What about Dawkins, Hitchens, Di Vinci or Darwin? Honestly. Just because you're loud doesn't mean you're compensating for lack of mind like O'Reilly. Being meek and shy does say something about how you handle yourself and your ego, which would generally (umbrella generalization, yes) means that you have a reason to be; you are not capable physically.
I'm sure there is some correlation between being fearful of social interations and not being very motivated or interested in working out. Not saying it is always the case, but it would probably be farily common.
haha yea,i used to be really shy people dont expect me to be able to like 105kg,i actualy had to bring hy friend to the gym to prove it lol,strating to come out of it now though,dont see how i could be so socialy awkward.i still am though(on my own)
