Spider Man's a protagonist and the Jedi Master here doesn't have a name. That means that one definite outcome here is that Spider Man will never, ever be killed by the Jedi, thus it is impossible for him to lose and impossible for the Jedi to win.

Did you forget that Spider-Man is strong enough to lift an armored car? A single punch-to-the-face from Spider-Man is enough to explode a person's head. Spider-Man's super strength is potentially as deadly as any laser blaster, and any Jedi Knight engaged in battle with Spider-Man woulld have plenty of justification for murdering the **** out of him.

Yeah...Spider-Man is fairly weak as far as Superhero comics go. Even then, he's far from bottom-tier, as far as abilities go. He's no Superman or Dr Manhattan, but he's not really some random nobody.

As far as the Star Wars Universe goes, Spider-Man would be a seriously threatening dude. I'm not saying that he'd beat a Jedi Knight, I still think that the Jedi would win. But the Jedi Knight would have to incapacitate or kill Spider-Man VERY quickly. All it'd take is for Spider-Man to land ONE punch, or to land ONE direct web shot, and it'd be over for the Jedi Master.

To put it into context, didn't General Grievous KILL Jedi? And he was giving Obi-Wan Kenobi a serious battle as well. And Spider-Man wouldn't have any trouble dispatching with some punk like General Grievous. Now pretend that Spider-Man is fighting Obi-Wan Kenobi instead. I still say that Obi-Wan Kenobi would win, but he'd have VERY little margin for error. He'd have to get rid of Spider-Man quickly and ruthlessly. Because all it'd take is for Spider-Man to land one punch, and then Obi-Wan Kenobi would be done.

You guys are joking right? Does anyone understand how agile, strong, and intelligent spiderman is? First off in the most recent issue of spiderman, peter invented a spider suit that bends light and sound waves making it near impossible to see him unless you wear special lenses. The man can pick up heavy vehicles and so can his webs. He has Spider Sense to give him warning of imminent attacks.

Yes I am going to sound bias with a spiderman avatar but people here are giving spiderman little to no credit.

Edit: I picked spiderman to win but to be honest I should have picked to close to call. The Jedi Knight could easily win but any sign of a slip and spiderman could crush him.

Considering how foolishly spider-man can act, I don't think a Jedi will need lightsaber to destroy him. Just jedi mind tricks and force pushing will do it.

Jedi master is definitely too weak for Spiderman

An unarmed Jedi could beat Spider man armed with weaponry of his choice. Not even a "battle."
