Who is the strongest ever fictional character?

In your opinion, who is the strongest ever fictional character that can beat just about any other fictional character in a fight to the death? They can be from any piece of media (anime, book, comic, film, manga, tv show, video game etc.)

I would say Enrico Pucci from JoJo's Bizarre Adventures who can recreate the universe in order to create an outcome to his liking or perhaps Matt Howarth's Ron Post character from the Those Annoying Post Bros. comic book series who can kill anything and can instantly shift between any of the infinite amount of reality levels in order to alter himself, his environment, or an aspect of his opponent in order to defeat them...although typically he just likes to shoot things.

"Strongest" in what sense? If you mean physical strength, I guess The Hulk. But in all kinds of comics, videogames, and novels, there are vast, cosmic entities that eclipse the universe itself. So it's really up for grabs.

Sometimes he'll just kill thousands by cutting them up with his blades in under 5 minutes.
