DAAAMIT, I don't know what it is that is keeping me up. Its either that its been really hot in Vancouver these past few days, or, I'm really depressed, thus thinking too much in my head.
I've always had trouble sleeping. Now I'm in my teens I need around 9/10 hours sleep to function properly the next day. It takes me around 1 or 2 hours to get to sleep because I worry too much and can't relax so I'm never getting enough sleep. It makes me tired, drained and I catch colds more often than anyone else I know :| I might try and go to a sleep therapist sometime to sort things out...
Sometimes I can't fall asleep for like an hour, but usually I fall asleep a few minutes after I close my eyes. Usually I'm up laying there and thinking though.
i can ussually fall a sleep preety fast but when its like 35 celsius with humidex it takes a bit longer becasue it takes a while to get used to the heat
I CANNOT go to sleep if there is no air conditioning in my house, turned to 75 or below. Also, I go to sleep when i'm tired, not at a specific time everynight. Well actually it kind of is specific because it's whenever the sun comes up. I'm normally pretty tired by then and just pass out, then wake up naturally whenever I wake up, sometime 8 hours later, sometimes 15, it depends on what I did that day.
I have my on and off days. Sometimes, like last night, I can have a few hours sleep but it'll be very deep and I'll feel fine. Others I'll have extra long lie ins and still feel knackered. Most of the time I just have weird dreams though, so it's all good.
