Since you said you don't know who you left out I will throw in the Lucky Charms Leprechaun (though he sucks) and the Trix Rabbit as well. I like the rabbit simply because he acts like Trix are some hardcore drug he can't get enough of

Also the Cinnamon Toast Crunch chef and the bee from Cherrios

My favorite mascot is Sonny the Cuckoo Bird. You know it's a good cereal if their spokesman is a mentally-defective bird who's so hopped-up on chocolate that he can't sit still.

I have a lot of sympathy for the Trix rabbit. All he wants is a bowl of Trix and those sadistic little kids won't let him have any.
