Some of the band's I pick may have also been vert big in 80s, but they are on the list because their 90s stuff was still my favourite out of all 90s music ive heard.
1. Pantera -they sucked in the 80s but absoulety crushed it in the 90s.
2. Overkill - non stop bad ass thrash metal continued through the 90s.
3. Megadeth - two do greatest albums were actaully 90s (rust in peace, and Countdown to extinction) also youthensia and cryptic writings make up a vert successfull decade.
4.Opeth - back when they were actaully a metal band.
5. Dark Tranquility - the sweedish melodic death metal scene took off in the mid 90s.
6. Soundgarden - my favourite out of the grynge bands.
7. Space - A Britpop band from my city Liverpool, actaully had two brilliant albums that I still play often.
8. Exodus - I love thrash metal, Exodus went through a weird faze without Zetro for most the 90s, still made some awesome music though.
9. Death - greatest death metal band ever, and my favourite death metal album Human was released in 1992.
10. Death Angel - Another thrash metal band who were active in the 80s thrash metal scene but didn't peak until the 90s with their best album Act III.
Good choices, TC.
