Amen. Sometimes I close the box and then re-open it to get the smell back in. It's like going into and out of a bakery to get the smell of fresh bread back in.

If it had like a ... PCI-E extender that came out of the laptop. But you'd have to buy a PSU just to power the card lol.

If Laptops had that functionality, I'd bet your ass that PSU manufacturers would start making smaller form factor PSU's to lug around :P
