What's your opinion on homosexuality?

Actually a couple of questions.

• Do you think it's morally wrong?
• Do you think god frowns upon it?
• Do you think it's natural?

1. No, why would it be?
2. If God exists, and if he made us all who we are, then how the hell can he complain?
3. Obviously it is.

My opinion is people are attracted to whatever they are attracted to. As long as there is mutual concent then I say do what/who you want.

• No.
• Assuming he exists, he created it. He would have to frown upon himself.
• Yes, considering it happens in nature.

Why is this thread in political when it’s clearly an off topic discussion? Who I chose to sleep with isn’t related to my political affiliations whatsoever.

It is neither morally right or morally wrong.

Even if god existed, he is the one who created it. But there is no evidence to support he even exists in the first place... though he makes a pretty good villain though in games like Shin Megami Tensei, an excellent metaphor for how absolute power absolutely corrupts.

Of course it is natural. We have plenty of observed cases of it happening in the wild. Such as with geese and sheep.

1. Doesn't seem like something that should be defined by using a moral compass.

2. If there was a God, I guess he would have an issue if you go by his followers actions. Since I don't think highly of God or believe in him, his opinion is moot to me...

We observe it in nature in other animals, so it's perfectly natural. Bonobo Chimpanzees, who are our closest relatives in the animal kingdom, tend to be bisexual. The females are pretty much all bisexual and most of the sex observed in Bonobos is lesbian sex, which might help explain why human female sexuality is so fluid and why human females (if they are actually being honest with themselves) tend to naturally be bisexual. Primates in general engage in a lot of homosexual behavior. And humans are just highly evolved primates.

- Depends when in were you are in the world, go back enough years it was considered morally wrong, parts of the world now (some middle eastern countries) its seen as morally wrong. I think its normal and agree with its acceptance in the western world,

- Yeah its likely natural, other species have shown homosexual behaviour such as Orangutans, other mammals, birds and reptiles.

It was actually considered normal in ancient Greece and Rome. Depends on what time period you are talking about.

My opinions on homosexuality are:

- Yes it is something that happens naturally

People can do as they please as long as no one is being hurt.

It's not morally wrong. A crooked man or woman bent up to look straight is. Never mind the few people who condescend to look the part to reveal their true nature.

@bigfootpart2: I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but the Republicans have come around on homosexuality 10 fold. It’s no longer an issue with the vast majority of them. Also Trump, a Republican, is the first president in US history who was sworn into office supporting gay marriage.

Nothing wrong with it and I support the gay community.

I have nothing against gay people, but I do have a problem with the media that targets children.

I am all for gay characters in everything, but I would prefer if those characters were on more adult/mature shows.

If I had a kid, I would want them to be attracted to whoever they want naturally and not become confused by like teletubbies or whatever.

Why do you need to be mature to have "gay characters"? If you're not gay to begin with, how would you be confused? Aren't you basically programmed to feel one way or the other with little choice?

Why should people have an opinion on homosexuality? What's YOUR opinion on heterosexuality? Do you think it's morally wrong? Do you think god frowns upon it? Do you think it's natural?

I have nothing against gays/lesbians,if it's natural to them,do as you please. I'm just not keen when I see gays throwing their gay rights in my face,you want to be gay,do it behind closed doors,even straight people should not force their sex to other people. Maybe I'm old fashion,sexuality of anyone should be more hidden behind closed doors. I'm sure some of you will be offended/pissed off the wrong way,not intended to offend.

why you care about how other people live their life?....you live your life and everyone else live theirs...& if you believe they will go to hell then so be it. People should worry about themselves, take care of themselves & love themselves more rather than waste time worrying about others (strangers)...being a busy body about how others should & should not live..as long as they are not breaking any laws..let people live the way they are. :P
