I've never had an all-time favourite band

Rhapsody/Rhapsody of Fire though has been my easy favourite for a good while. I like a lot of their songs, but nothing gets me going like dat chorus.

I don't really have one, I tend to go through phases. Right now I'd say either Dire Straits and Tunnel of Love or Cat Stevens and Father and Son.

I'm surprised there are a lot of Rock and Heavy Metal.

I don't even think I could nail down a favourite genre, let alone a favourite artist.

Iron Maiden,Ozzy Osbourne,Ramones are also some of the all time greats.There are a lot of bands/artists to mention.

Black Sabbath-Heaven & Hell is my all time favorite, and anything when Ronnie James Dio was still with Black Sabbath. Follow by Iron Maiden, Metallica, Van Halen, Nirvana, Ted Nugent, and Nine Inch Nails.

While I do love Hard Rock & Heavy Metal, I also listen to Hip-Hop musics as well. But I however prefer listen to Hip-Hop musics from the 80's - 90's and my favorite Hip-Hop artist is always been Tupac. Follow by Nas.

Ph snap! Dude, I didn't expect to see another child of the fence on this board. I have seen them live 8 times myself, they really are one of the most incredible bands in the world.

I love Scorpions very much, especially their song "Humanity".

That's a good list but I'd add Lynyrd Skynyrd (after '77 is nothing but a tribute band), Sammy Hagar and Fleetwood Mac. Hip hop w/o mentioning NWA?

Hard to pick just one. If I had to, I'd probably go with the Foo Fighters. My favourite of their songs is All My Life.

Nine Inch Nails. Hard for me to choose a song that is definitively my favorite. Used to be Right Where It Belongs, and maybe it still is, but I've grown to really like many of their other songs.
