Artist: Tom Waits
Song: Innocent When You Dream
(Typically, I'd name Nirvana as my favorite band. But it's actually a tie between Nirvana and Tom Waits.)

I would probably say Black Sabbath or White Zombie.
Black Sabbath: Iron Man, Electric Funeral, Children of the Grave, Paranoid, etc.
White Zombie: Thunder Kiss '65, Electric Head Pt. 2, Blur The Technicolor, Disaster Blaster II, etc.
AC/DC- Any song from them. It's going to be interesting to hear some new material if Axel Rose is on a new album?
Iron Maiden,Ozzy Osbourne,Ramones are also some of the all time greats. There are a lot of bands/artists to mention.
Black Sabbath-Heaven & Hell is my all time favorite, and anything when Ronnie James Dio was still with Black Sabbath. Follow by Iron Maiden, Metallica, Van Halen, Nirvana, Ted Nugent, and Nine Inch Nails.
I'm surprised there are a lot of Rock and Heavy Metal.
While I do love Hard Rock & Heavy Metal, I also listen to Hip-Hop musics as well. But I however prefer listen to Hip-Hop musics from the 80's - 90's and my favorite Hip-Hop artist is always been Tupac. Follow by Nas.
Rammstein - Pretty much everything by them, so it's hard to pick favorites. Mein Teil, Ich Will, Adios, Benzin, Ich Tu Dir Weh, etc.
Probably Coheed And Cambria - Delirium Trigger
I've been following them for almost 15 years, excited about the recent teaser song for their new album
Ph snap! Dude, I didn't expect to see another child of the fence on this board. I have seen them live 8 times myself, they really are one of the most incredible bands in the world.
Coheed and Cambria- Time Consumer

That's a good list but I'd add Lynyrd Skynyrd (after '77 is nothing but a tribute band), Sammy Hagar and Fleetwood Mac. Hip hop w/o mentioning NWA?
None.
Some of those with big numbers of songs in my playlist include:
Bruce Hornsby
Cracker
Counting Crows
Social Distortion
Dragonforce
It's hard to pick a favorite song because there are so many good ones. Right now though, my favorite one is Cry For Eternity.
Oof that's a tough one.
All time favorite: Probably Led Zeppelin (Since I Been Loving You) or Pink Floyd (Time)
Favorite band to see live: Umphrey's McGee (2x2)
Current favorites: Megadeth (Hanger 18), Grateful Dead (Terrapin Station)
Other favorites I just feel like mentioning: Ween (Transdermal Celebration), A Silver Mt Zion (There is a Light)
Favorite band is probably Lamb of God, favorite song
it should be said that my old favorite band, As I Lay Dying is getting back together (!!!) this is their first song after reuniniting
