Hello friends,

So whats your daily workout routine?

heres mine

  • Monday: Chest and Tricep
  • Tuesday: Back and Bicep
  • Wedensday: Bicep (proper)
  • Thursday: Tricep (proper)
  • Friday: Shoulder and Legs
  • Saturday and sunday: Off

I work out at home with weights and a pull up bar. My schedule includes:

  • Monday: Legs and Abs
  • Tuesday: Chest and Triceps
  • Wednesday: off
  • Thursday: Shoulders and Abs
  • Friday: off
  • Saturday: off
  • Sunday: Back and Biceps

I may shuffle days depending on outside factors.

Just recently got into P90X again so I'm running with that Monday-Friday and cutting out Kenpo X on Saturday. This is paired up with me doing intermittent fasting as well.

I do 12oz beer curls. When I really want to feel the burn, I take it up to 22oz.

Does walking up a steep hill when coming back from school/work count? I've been doing it for years and it still kills me.

I have a stationary bike. So, leg day?

My calves used to be something. But now my muscles shrank up. Didn't know muscles can shrink.

Walk 8+ miles and 50 floors worth of stairs every day at work.

Unfortunately the body adjusts to your daily activity so it's not as beneficial as it would be for a sedentary person.

I tend to lose about 5 pounds from the start of the week to the end, but then I put it all on during the weekend haha.

Unfortunately the thing is it's all volume and no intensity and you need a degree of intensity to get the performance and look you actually want. I haven't jogged in a while but I imagine I have a shitty 5k and am probably only a little bit stronger than other men around my weight.

Yeah that's the thing haha I can't jog/run to save my life. Like literally if a dog was chasing me I might make it 100 yards.

Intensity means a lot like you said. When I actually do go to the gym I lift a lot of weights, I start on the tread mill and get my heart rate up, then I lift for an hour and don't let my heartrate fall. Works pretty good.

Some pushups. Ride bike to work. Ride bike home. Some pushups. Kirk Douglas is 102 years old and only exercised fifteen minutes a day. The kind of exercise people preach and brag about is overrated.

There are health benefits of workout. like for example your diabetic will control. if you have diabetes and workout daily, chances are you wont take tablets or insulin and your blood sugar will control automatically. even you take normal diet like you can consume sweet drinks.

i go every lunchtime (during the week). gets me out of the office, saves me lunch money, no queues for equipment... win win win. i just do whatever i fancy doing i don't have a routine. usually my thumbs get the best work out, i spend most of my time answering emails πŸ’ͺπŸ‘

Working out what I'm going to have for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Actually, still sticking to the morning jogs and swimming every other day. The jogging is brutal but swimming is always fun.
