What's the most idiotic thing you or your friends have done?

As the topic says, what are some things you or your friends have done that you look back and think "that was just idiotic"?

On Wednesday night me and four mates were flying back home from the Gold Coast. We just got our boarding passes scanned and one of my mates, Rob, said to the person behind the counter "that guy has a bomb". The guy he was talking about was one of my mates, Del. The woman asked him to repeat what he said, as she didn't hear some of it, but the rest of us were like "nothing, don't worry". We walked out on the tarmac and took off without a hassle.
