whats the best place to download music

yeah so im sick of itunes

is there a better place i can download music

Why waste your bandwidth? Just go on youtube or myspace.

im not talking about finding the song on youtube then converting that takes to much time

its just easier for me to buy the song i want then sync it to my zune

I like the zune market place.

I used imeem.com, and its not really downloading all you got to do is register and you can listen to the music for free.

As someone said up there ^ youtube or myspace but for me jusy youtube. Hugest selection of music ever. Just find a free online youtube to mp3 converter and you are all set.

Also, buy CDs. If you aren't downloading free stuff illegally, then you may as well pay for it and keep the industry in business. Plus you get better sound quality and a shiny coaster to keep as well.

Alternatively, if you want free and legal music, get Spotify. It is the future. The future I tell thee!

I've never really understood why people buy from iTunes. It's not like you physically get the music you just get a file. You can get the real CD for the same price...RobboElRobbo

In japan which is where Im living atm albums are usually around 1000 yen (10-12 dollars) more in HMV then on itunes. But yeah if they were the same price I can't imagine why you wouldn't want a CD.

I say Amazon. When I do decide to purchase music, it's from them.

Dude I hope that you're not asking where to download songs for free, because you have to pay for MP3 tracks to make it legal other wise the police will RAID your house.

I rely on Youtube....and something else :P
