Whats that green dot on the back of the quaterbacks helmet?

If you watch football youknow NFL you seen a green dot on the back of the quaterbacks helmet whats that for?

It's to indicate that that helmet is the one that has a radio headset in it. Only one helmet on the offensive team can have a radio headset to hear the signals from the coach, and it's basically always the QB that wears it.

Oh wait, that would mean that every player would have a green sticker on their helmet.
