that's like asking what came first, the chicken or the egg? Its pretty much going to depends on how the voters feel but for some reason I went with number 2.
Whenever this comes up I think of Kim Campbell and Canada's brief run with a female prime minister. It was a joke, naturally, both because she was an idiot but also because of the problems with her party. She was only an interim solution anyway, and didn't win the reelection.
