Just started exercising again. I'm doing push-ups (oh boy do I hate pushups), the ab-wheel (my favorite) and leg lifts. I figure I do a lot of walking at work, so maybe that counts?

How about you?

The only exercise I do is a 15min HIIT workout and do weights. I do not enjoy it, but I do it for the sake of keeping fit... at least.

I have not been consistent recently, but try to do some running, squats, pushups, ball work, and yoga at least a few times a week.

I've been working out consistently during the past few months. Push-ups, squats, pull-ups, bicep-curls, among many others, as well as walking several kilometers a day. I've lost over 20 kg since I started.

Yoga because it's low impact, not much chance of pulling a muscle, but a good workout

During quarantine, 30-40 minutes of DDR in the morning (I have metal pads at home) followed by weights every other day. As of three weeks ago, though, I've backed off from all that as I'm going back to BJJ after getting fully vaccinated.

I tend to walk about 5-8 miles a day at work and a few days per week I have to moves 50-lb sacks a pallet or two at a time (40 bags per pallet).

I started working out again 2 weeks ago after a few months of hiatus. I'm doing pullups, pushups, lifting weights (got a pair of dumbbells), squats, lunges. I also go for a long walk 3 times a week.

Belong to a gym for a couple of years now,but because of Covid a vast majority of the time it’s been closed. I’m out of shape and have gained quite a bit of weight over the winter,restrictions will end pretty soon here in western Canada and go back to normal. Out of shape,embarrassing sloppy looking and not getting better just sitting here not doing much,I’m actually looking forward to the gym this summer.

Next to nothing except for biking during quarantine. Then I injured some tendons in my hand and now I am basically only doing lightweight squats.

Running boring so not doing that.

One handed 12oz. curls. If i feel like taking it up a notch , I bust some 24oz. curls.
