Just started exercising again. I'm doing push-ups (oh boy do I hate pushups), the ab-wheel (my favorite) and leg lifts. I figure I do a lot of walking at work, so maybe that counts?

Belong to a gym for a couple of years now,but because of Covid a vast majority of the time it’s been closed. I’m out of shape and have gained quite a bit of weight over the winter,restrictions will end pretty soon here in western Canada and go back to normal. Out of shape,embarrassing sloppy looking and not getting better just sitting here not doing much,I’m actually looking forward to the gym this summer.
