I've heard Concrete Angel by some country artist. It's actually really sad. easteastWish You Were Here by Pink Floyd lamenting Syd's loss
Fade To Black by Metallica, the live version is really sad too.sprint_car_fan2I think Nothing Else Matters makes me feel sad compared to Fade to Black. Both songs rock though.

R. Kelly - "If I Could Turn Back The Hands Of Time" always makes me get tears in my eyes. I don't listen to it a lot since it is so sad. But it's an incredible song. The video is powerful. It makes me goose bumps at the end.
