I sleep on my right side because that's what is most comfortable to me. When I was a child, I slept on my stomach, but I learned that that could be detrimental. How about you guys?

Always on either side. So I never lay on my back or stomach. I can relax while laying on my back but I can't catch Zs.
I find myself getting to sleep faster on my right side but when I can't fall asleep I just switch sides every so often.
Also I usually wake up on a different side than the one I went to bed with.
Finally, ban your electronics people. Don't waste time on smartphone before going to bed and for the love of god don't put it under your pillow.
Prefer right side or stomach (hands hugging chest, head to left side). Left side is not always comfortable as my heart tends to work harder in that position and sleeping on my back often leads to mild nightmares for some reason.
I wonder if the tendency to sleep on the right side might be the reason why my right shoulder is sticks out front more and I have to force the back is a pop and consciously hold it there to have good posture.
Either side. Often with one arm under the pillow.
Was a big stomach sleeper when I was younger, but now I just get backpain if I do.

Same! It's weird. It's comfortable, and even though I'm really tired I just can't sleep until I turn to the side. Also can't sleep in cars. Impossible.

I can wake up in seriously uncomfortable positions sometimes, lol. Wake up because it hurts, then wonder wtf I'm laying like this for, reposition and go back to sleep.
typically on my side, some nights falling off the edge of my bed with a 4-year old's knees jammed into my back
I always and love sleeping on my back and for odd reasons, if I sleep on either side, my rib cage will hurt and I guess I put more pressure when I'm asleep. Never sleep on my stomach as I've heard stories it can slow or stop the breathing so that can be dangerous to do.
The back is the best position to sleep.
Only position I can fall asleep is on the side. What happens during the night I don't know. May bed is not always in perfect order when I wake up 😅
