Depends. There are somethings or topics I feel more comfortable talking to my guy friends about and there other topics I talk about with my wife about.
Nobody from my family. A friend who's a bit older than I am. I can pretty much tell her everything about me, but more often than not she doesn't need me saying to know what I'm feeling.
Well for me I'm more comfortable with my dad because my mother is always busy, me and my dad had more time in each other, we even play games when he's not that busy.
Mom and my two older brothers. I have the 6th child. The reason I am attached to these two is because I went through a childhood of domestic violence and we would always go outside to avoid the situation and be gone for hours and never come home.
I have lots of friends and family but I don't think I could even come close to too saying I'm really close to any of them. If any of them knew the real me that maniac I don't show the world, I doubt I'd be even be acquaintances with most of them.
This question just made me realize that im not close with anyone in my family. I have a very small family too.
Im sad now, i never took the time to realize this.
Im not close with any of my friends either, cuz I barely have friends. And the few people I see/talk to is usually less than a handfull of times a year.
90% of the time im generally by myself. I never had people in my life like that either, so i guess im used to always being alone in everything.
@RTUUMM: I'm kind of the same way. I have two friends. One of them is my girlfriend. But I like being alone most the time, so it usually doesn't bug me.
@Iszdope: I got my first a month ago and it's scary in more ways than one =P

Oddly enough, I'm thankful for the broken love for that reason.
Same thing happened to me. My sister and I were great friends but then my mother managed to drive us apart but when I moved to a different country, without my mother's meddling, we became really good friends again.
It always was my mum but sadly she passed away. I am very close to the rest of my family but it would be my girlfriend now. We live together and share everything.

I'm sorry to hear about your mom,I lost my dad last October.It's good though that your close with your whole family.Do what ever you can to keep it that way.God Bless.
To be honest...no one really despite having a pretty big family. I just don't find myself really having anything in common with them or seeing eye to eye on any subject...
Just left an 11 year relationship so at this point my dog. To be honest I should have seen it coming when for the last 5 years the dog was more excited to see me come home from work then she was.

Sorry for your lost relationship of 11 years.I have to admit for the most part,I chuckled at most of your post.Sometimes dogs are mans best friend.
