Trazodone because I have had sleeping problems the past 13 years.
I started Trazodone 6 years ago because I was going crazy. Been on and off it since. I am currently taking it.
I don’t feel the side effects. All it does is make me tired and sleep better which I am thankful for.
There is still some nights I only sleep 4 hours, but the Trazodone gives me a deeper sleep so I don’t feel crazy.
Effexor. It helps me turn my mind off so I can sleep. Typical sleeping pills just make my body more tired, and that's not the problem. I can't turn off the narration in my head, it's like a channel that won't change or shut up.
I have a crew of stalkers that are on all types of psychiatric drugs.
They have tried to sell me something called qualuudes(?).
I recently have vitamin D deficiency because I don't go outside as often as I should. My neck bone hurts when I most of the time play video games. So, I drink milk as often as possible.
@br0kenrabbit: yea I have this problem as well, really sucks when you are really physically tired but your brain keeps going at top speed. I use something green and plant based as a solution

I do as well, however, it doesn't always work as advertised. Especially if I rely on it too heavily, I build a tolerance up FAST.
No meds no problems. I got a girl that wont leave me be and shell go out of her way to stress me out, but outside of that nada. Stress can hit you at times but as far as pharmecuticals and people complaining about their bodies--makes me think everyone here is 70 years old.
Im rarely home. I only have a switch, but once i finished zelda i barely use it.
57 years old and no meds......full head of hair, no gray and I look late 30's :)
That being said was temporarily on gabapentin (neurontin) and naproxen for a back problem, but no more.
I've taken multivitamin almost every day of my life since grade school (50 years or so), I take 3,000 iu's or whatever a day of Vitamin D, and usually a Fish Oil pill. Please note, vitamins and minerals are not drugs.
My big scare was when I was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma at age 51, but beat the cancer, I would say cured at this point not just remission.
