Bree cheese, blue cheese, a nice sharp cheddar, feta!

Not sure that I have a favourite, just a handfull that I really enjoy (don't think there's any type of cheese that I don't like).

There's too much to choose from. American, sharp cheddar, mozerella, pepperjack, swiss, etc.

I love Wisconsin. :D

I used to love Muenster, but not so much. Longhorn, Colby, Chedder and Pepperjack are where it's at.

I like a really good sharp cheddar or provolone. Blue cheese is also amazing, as is Gruyere.

I love cheese! I especially like pepper jack, colby jack, cheddar, swiss, etc. Sadly, I don't like Brie cheese at all, which is unfortunate since my name is Brie.

Havarti. However, any good cheese has its place, and havarti is not the most versatile of cheeses. Mozza and cheddar would take that crown, with blue for crackers, brie and feta for salads, edam for enhancing pizzas, and gjetost for freaking people the hell out.

Parmigiano-reggiano; and not the grated kind you find in supermarkets either. I'm talking about the real deal.

It will probably sound nasty to most, but I like to eat fresh parmesan on crackers. It's my fav. Good for cooking with too.

Probs a nice, sharp aged cheddar
