Don’t eat breakfast or lunch, I eat a big supper and I know that is not healthy. From what I’ve been taught everyone should eat at least 3 sensible meals a day. Being diabetic myself I know it’s a matter of time before living like the way I am living will take a very negative effect on me.
Dinner easily. My lunch is the same Monday through Friday. A sandwich and maybe some potato salad. Don't want to fill up or I'll be tired and miserable the rest of the day at work.The wife makes sure I eat good for dinner. Last night was a half pound blue cheese, mushroom and bacon burger with some tater tot casserole and some air fried brussel sprouts with a raspberry vinaigrette and banana pudding for dessert. Tonight will be more of the same and I can't wait.
Probably lunch, because it more or less consists of two-three meals, I guess it could be considered as one meal with lot of toppings, but... For breakfast I usually have a sandwitch or some fruits, and for supper, again, a sandwitch or maybe some fried eggs or steam cooked and then fried dumplings.
I typically eat a small breakfast (not much appetite), normal/moderate lunch and then a bigger dinner.
with significant snacking in the afternoon/evening most days.
I usually have a very light breakfast of oatmeal or a protein shake and black coffee, usually skip lunch and I will have a substantial dinner once I’m home from work and the gym. I used to do intermittent fasting a lot, going 24hrs between meals, lost a lot of muscle but got shredded doing it lol.
