Its smoked turkey breast with honey, love that so much. Good thing I bought some the other day because I'm craving it. I seriously can't have enough of cured meats, its a shame that they're rather expensive and they're probably carcinogenic but **** it lol

Too many to decide. Venison, beef, lamb, goat, pork. Mmmm.....

I wonder what venison tastes like. Does it resemble the taste of beef?

You serious :|

You have no idea what you're missing out on. I love meat quite a lot but to me cured meat is like taking the already delicious meat and make it x100 times better. The variety of seasoning used, the aging and smoking process and the salt really bring out the best in meat.

I find the pastrami to be the most sensual of all the salted, cured meats.

It's hard to choose, but overall I'd probably have to go with pork.

The problem with cured meats is how they have different names in different languages/regions. I'm not sure what you're calling Pastrami is the same cured meat we call Pastrami in the region, or more accurately "Pastterma". But in all cases, I love very lean, smoked and non-processed cured meats the best, be it poultry or cattle. The stronger and more pungent the seasoning the most sensual the taste is. Among my favorite spices to season cured meat is fenugreek, black pepper, garlic and red chili peppers.

So many favorites. Honey-roasted Black Forest Ham, oven-roasted chicken, cured venison, braunschweiger, Kufta (ground lamb filled with parsley and onions)... but the prize goes to Squirrel. It is absolutely delicious when prepared correctly.

Hard to choose. I would say beef, since it usually accompanies a more proper meal. Not that bacon sandwiches and chicken nuggets aren't delicious...
