Pretty broad question, how do you know when you're in love? Do you just know? What is love, is it when you'd give everything for someone.
I don't mean family love I mean LOVE love.
I don't know.

Love is many things. Usually people are dealing with infatuation and lust, and they refer to it as love. While love includes that, it is not limited to that. Love is not merely an emotional response but it is a decision that directly effects your life.
Ephesians 5:25 puts it this way, "Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her." In this sense, love is not merely something you feel or experience but is something you do regardless of how you might feel in the moment.
You just know. Although some people "just know" but they confuse it with infatuation. So it's more than that, but it's basically still that.Agent-ZeroAgree. When you are in love, you'll know but if you are infatuated, you'll think that you know but you're just fooling yourself. It's a hard determination to make but it's also a fine line that separates the two.
Mmm to me love is a high level of engulfing appreciation for a person. The same applies with other things like music, but i think for that ideal idea of love, the love is on a greater level than for other things. It could be more powerful due to the appreciation of all the complexity of a person's personality expressed with just saying "I Love You", making the phrase more potent and encompassing. I do know that it's different from infatuation though, where infatuation is just a really intense physical attraction towards someone that can even occur with someone you do not know at all.
