What hand do you use the most your left or your right and why?

It depends what I'm in the mood for, a quick session or a unique foreign experience...

I also heard you should first sit on your hand until it goes numb, then it's like using someone else's hand...I would think that would ruin the dexterity for the....calligraphy, though.
