Wow, the name of this thread was one twonker to come up with. Anyway, I recently watched From Dusk Till' Dawn again and I'm just hooked, who's idea was it to cast George Clooney as Seth Gecko? He plays him like a dream. So, what films do you find are better every time you watch them?

A Serious Man, Fight Club and the Big Lebowski are the first that come to mind.

Um, well, I've seen Vertigo at least 15 times, and it has somehow gotten better and better each time.

This one came to mind for me, simply because I did not like it the first time I saw it, but I decided to give it a second chance and somehow I actually really, really enjoyed it. I don't know exactly what clicked (or rather, didn't the first time).

The perfect example of this is The Big Lebowski. Also, I liked The Good The Bad and The Ugly a lot more after I watched it a second time. The first time I watched it a few years ago I watched it only for Clint Eastwood, and I was angry that he didn't even show up for the first 20 minutes. >_>

The Dark Knight, the first time I watched it I was like "yeah ok that was pretty good." But each subsequent time I watch it I become more and more impressed with it.

Strangely enough that happened with me too, once I realised Jeremy Renner was in it I thought I'd give it another try.

Because attractive people without any clothes on are generally more attractive due to said lack of clothing?

Blue Velvet

Chinatown
Hunger

I'll stop there. To be honest, I always like films more with repeated viewings. Probably because the second time I know more what to expect and can appreciate the film for what it is, not what I wanted it to be.
