Used to use Windows Media Player before realising that I had far too much music that couldn't be organised. Now I've learnt to love iTunes...
If you were a Mac user about 8 years ago, there was either Sound Jam MP or MusicMatch. Both were utter crap. When iTunes came out (pre-iPod, pre-Music Store) it blew away everything else and with each release it just got bigger and better.
